Step 3: SER Terms & Conditions
By completing this form, you are granting permission to The Home Depot, or its authorized representatives, to conduct a SER audit at the facility identified above.

In addition you agree to complete the following:

  • Communicate The Home Depot's expectations to your manufacturing facilities to ensure full cooperation with the monitoring team during unannounced factory audits.
  • Pay fees for all audits in a timely manner.
  • Provide access to the facility, records, employees for interviews, as well as, other documentation needed to complete the SER audit by the audit service provider. This information will be shared with The Home Depot.
  • All information provided to the audit service provider remains private and confidential, and will not be shared with facilities, employees, competitors, or any other parties.

This authorization shall become effective immediately.
